To cater to the process of identifying and studying the learning needs and goals and the developments of a delivery system to fulfill these needs Instructional Designers are required. The systematic development of instructional theory to make sure that the quality of instructions remains excellent is the goal of Instructional Designing. It helps in acquiring knowledge and skills in a more effective and efficient way. Instructional Designers are responsible for identifying the demands of the learners, explaining the purpose behind learning and developing and offering skilled learning experience. The Instructional Designer majorly designs the blueprint or draft of the learning program for government organizations, corporations, design e-learning and create learning tools for schools, colleges or other educational organizations.

 

Role Desciption

 

The Instructional Design professionals are responsible for providing assistance regarding the structure of the course, technology that can be used and providing training options. They develop training material using latest technology, and instructional methodologies. Also they provide support in preparing the materials in the form of web applications, mobile apps and so on. Also these professionals offer investigative and research support for the design and creation of training material as per the need. Assessing the performance, and impact of the training and instructions on students and employees is also their liability. 

 

Eligibility

 

Route 110+2 in any stream
 Bachelors in any field for 3 years
  Post graduate diploma/certificate program in instructional designing for 1 year
Route 210+2 in any stream
 Bachelors in instructional designing for 3 years
 Masters in instructional designing for 2 years
