Design Staff

Design staff is an entry-level position on the pathway to licensure with less than two years of experience. As a design staff, one assists senior designers with the development of design solutions, researches and selects colour/finishes/material, performs site surveys, maintains resource materials. They develop designs and provide technical solutions under the supervision of an architect. Design staff perform specific portions of assignments using prescribed methods.

Design Associate

A design associate is a person who works as design staff and has between three and six years of experience in the field of architecture and design. One works under senior architects and is in charge of particular technical design elements of a given project, including research, assessment, and design solution recommendations. One follows instructions and has little design responsibility when completing tasks. One offers qualified architectural advice for large, complicated project planning, design, and coordination. For serious design or architectural issues, one can come at independent choices. Conceptual designs are also reviewed and approved by one. One completes difficult or unusual tasks that need for the creation of fresh or enhanced methods and procedures.

Project Manager

The project manager is in charge of overseeing every element of numerous small- to medium-sized projects. Strategic plans are created to ensure project success. To enable the most successful and economical completion of assigned projects, coordination of all administrative and technical project efforts is required. In order to complete the timeline, budget, and scope of work to the client's satisfaction, one acts as the key client liaison. actively handles project communications and documentation, client budgets, schedules, and programmes, office administrative chores, and project team assignments. Additionally, one determines the extent of the work, calculates fees, and creates contracts and proposals.

Senior Project Designer

A senior project designer is the technical lead for all the required architectural work on a given project. For clients, a senior project designer develops strategies and produces project designs and blueprints. One is in charge of initiating, developing, and planning every stage of one or more projects, as well as creating presentation and design drawings. The senior project designer supervises the designs while coordinating the trades and organisations involved in construction design.
