Audiology
The science of studying and understanding the problems related to speech and audibility and treating patients suffering from it is called Audiology. Speech Pathologists and Audiologists treat patients suffering from speech, hearing, imbalance and related disorders. The professionals in this field need have a license and to become a licensed Audiologist one must possess a master's degree, Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.), or PhD. in Hearing Sciences. Speech language pathologists and audiologists treat those who are suffering from hearing and communication disorders.

Significant Statistics
- Minimum 50% in 10+2 for admission is required whereas some colleges accept students with 60% as a minimum percentage
