Event managers are responsible for planning and organizing events like meetings, parties, conferences, etc., and making arrangements as per the requirement of the client. They discuss the plan and negotiate before organizing the event while coordinating with various venders and suppliers and monitoring the expenses and calculating the budget. Being in-charge of the event, they are focused on ensuring clients’ and visitors’ satisfaction and building a good network, managing accounts and tasks properly.
