The Azad Educational Society was established in the year 1991 in Lucknow. The institution had the vision to create a place that will provide advanced education to enthusiastic young minds. The start of this institutional chain began with Azad Educational Society, which was a non-profit organization. Later, the nonprofit society took some productive steps and expanded the organization with entrepreneur training cell, computer business program, skill-training centers, and so on. The faculty of the organization consistently worked on improving the vision and mission of the organization to deliver the best results. The biggest turning point came in the year 1998 when Azad Group of Educational Institutions was established. The institution is approved by AICTE, which is now known as AKTU or Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University & PCI. Azad Group of Institutions offer an array of courses like BTC, BCA, B.Com, BBA, along with PG programs like M.Tech, M.Pharma, MBA, MCA, and so on. The institution started with a very small number of students and found the heights of success over the years. Applicants are required to satisfy the University’s eligibility criteria with respect to:

Minimum Percentage of Marks in concerned optional subjects or an aggregate of all subjects, as required
Minimum Age completion at the time of admission as stipulated by the concerned University
Applicants are advised to verify and ensure the eligibility criteria as per the program specification.

Criteria For Azad Scholarship

- A "Letter of Recommendation” (LOR) from the principal of school last attended
- Must have 80% marks in 10th & 12th standard
- Certificates of participation in extracurricular activities or additional courses
- A self-written content explaining the importance and purpose of the scholarship
- A personal interview is a must with the Azad Scholarship Recommendation Board
- After all the required criteria are fulfilled regarding the scholarship, the approval for a scholarship depends on the committee appointed by the faculty
